Kimberly Price, President/CEO
Kimberly has always had a keen interest in numbers. After many years in the accounting and finance industry, Kimberly wanted to have more control over her life’s trajectory so she began considering opportunities available in the area. In 2012 she purchased a small commercial and residential window cleaning route. Kimberly’s clear direction and management has consistently led to Clean Metro, Inc.’s growth year over year. She continues to set and achieve lofty goals for Clean Metro, Inc. and enjoys watching her company grow to support numerous families around the southeast. In addition to her business pursuits, Kimberly spends a significant amount of time in community volunteer construction & education projects. In her down time, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and the CMI CMO, Diego. She loves all genres of music and dancing!
Benjamin Price, VP of Operations
As a son of entrepreneurs, Benjamin began his career in commercial cleaning and project management at an early age. By the age of 16 he was managing his own commercial window cleaning route. Later in his career he took a position with a company which exposed him to specialty cleaning in multiple industries. In 2012 he joined Clean Metro, Inc. and brought his expertise in sales, large-scale project management, creative team building and business management to the company to continue to drive us to success. Benjamin spends his time away from the job with his family & Staffordshire Bull Terrier/CMO, hitting a golf ball into the trees and is a slightly above-average 8 & 9 Ball Pool player.
Fred Herauf, Business Development Manager
Fred led an exciting life of sales and marketing for many years, traveling all over the world. After retiring he chose to reenter the workforce as a formidable asset in the role of Business Development Manager and Business Consultant to the president. Fred is a long-time Midlands resident along with his wife of more than 50 years and their dog, Georgie.
Simone Grissom, Office Manager
Simone contributes extensive office & small business management experience to the Clean Metro, Inc. team. She manages the everyday goings on of the office, accounting and team morale. Simone is a NY native but has been in the Midlands for over 25 years where she resides with her husband, two children, 24 chickens and Rottweiler, Dante.
Kathryn Fuller, Project Manager
Starting in her teens, Kathryn began building her own cleaning business. Later in life, she chose to pursue an insurance career and quickly grew to sales manager at the age of 21, eventually branching out on her own again as a consultant to insurance agencies. She has a proven record of effective networking, team building and project management and brings these strengths to Clean Metro, Inc. to help drive us to reach substantial goals for the coming years. Kathryn enjoys international travel and languages.
Xavier Smith, Apprentice Equipment Operator
Graduating early from high school, Xavier has proven his ability to focus on a task and see it through! As a member of the Clean Metro, Inc. team he has shown he is able to learn and work both independently and as a valuable team member! When he isn’t working he spends a large portion of his time volunteering in our community!
Diego Price, Chief Morale Officer (CMO)
Diego joined the CMI team in 2014 and keeps the staff’s spirits high using his special skillset which include: licking, chasing laser lights & shadows, smiling incessantly and snuggling with anyone who will let him.
