Too Big for Janitorial. Too Small for Heavy Industrial. That's Our Work.

Trained W-2 crews, lifts, and a plan built around your production or turnover schedule. Combustible dust, dry ice blasting, laser cleaning, air washers, and construction final clean for plants, GCs, and mechanical contractors.

We've mobilized 43 people across state lines in six days.

The work between janitorial and heavy industrial

Janitorial crews aren't built for a rafter full of combustible dust or a 90-foot silo. Heavy industrial outfits carry overhead that doesn't make sense for a three-day job. Clean Metro covers the middle. We bring the crew, the lifts, the equipment, and the paperwork, run the logistics, and work around your live line or active site.

Crews that get through your safety orientation

Tied off, trained, and documented. Our W-2 crews work at height, in confined spaces, and around live lines at plants that audit every contractor.

How we work

  1. 1. Walk it.We see the site before we price it. Defined scopes get a site walk and a quote. Open-ended plant problems get a site assessment: photos, findings, and a scoped plan, with the fee credited to the job when you hire us.
  2. 2. Plan it.Fixed scope, stated quantities, and a schedule built around your production or construction sequence.
  3. 3. Mobilize.Trained crew, owned or rented access, and before and after documentation when we leave.
