About Clean Metro

Where we came from

Ben made his first sale at six in his father's janitorial business, had his own route at sixteen, and spent his teens and twenties on commercial construction sites working beside every trade. In 2008 he went to work for Diversco on industrial cleaning programs, including the aerospace clean room work CMI still supports today. When ABM acquired Diversco, Ben bought a small cleaning business and started Clean Metro in April 2012.

Since then, CMI has worked inside BMW, Boeing, Publix, Keurig Dr Pepper, and OFS, for owners directly and under Gray, Alston, Whiting-Turner, DPR, Brasfield & Gorrie, ABM, and Dycos.

How we run

• We price what we've seen. Site walk first, fixed scope, stated quantities.
• We pay crews well, pay their travel, and put them up right. Rested, respected crews do better work and don't walk off a job.
• We tell you when a job isn't ours, and who to call instead.
