Industrial Laser Cleaning Services in South Carolina

Clean Metro, Inc. is an industrial laser cleaning contractor based in West Columbia, SC, serving SC, NC, GA and TN. We run a 2,000 W laser on your site for rust removal and paint removal.

Laser cleaning strips rust, light coatings and paint, scale, and residue from steel, sheet metal, and painted block with no blast media and no chemicals. It works where grit would contaminate the area or water can't be used.

Questions we get

What can laser cleaning remove?

Rust, mill scale, light paint and coatings, and process residue from steel, sheet metal, and painted block. Thick multi-coat systems are usually faster with blasting, and we will say so.

Laser vs. sandblasting vs. dry ice?

Laser leaves no media to clean up and works on rust and coatings. Dry ice is best for buildup and residue on equipment you can't get wet. Blasting wins on large areas of heavy coating. We match the method to the surface.

Do you bring the laser to our site?

Yes. The laser, operators, and safety controls come to you.

Got a mess on the schedule?

Send us the scope, photos, or a walkthrough date. We'll tell you straight whether it's our kind of work.
