What it looks like at one plant

For a multi-year manufacturing client, CMI runs five-day-a-week day-shift service inside a working plant. The production process throws off fine fiber that destroys standard vacuums, so the crew runs a vacuum service rotation to keep equipment alive. The site lead operates and maintains the plant's own ride-on scrubber on the production floor, covers walkways, QC areas, and shipping offices, and works around shift traffic and forklifts. When the client opened a second building, CMI folded it into the same contract at a weekly frequency. When the client moved consumables to a new supply vendor, CMI shifted to labor and equipment without a gap in service. Work authorizations run through named client contacts in writing, and the scope is itemized so the buyer sees exactly what gets cleaned. The client renewed.
