Yes. We run a 2,000 W laser for rust, paint, and residue removal on steel, sheet metal, and painted block walls, on site.

Do you offer janitorial service?

Yes, for plants, warehouses, and offices within about two hours of Columbia, SC.

Do you clean commercial windows?

Yes. Offices, schools, hospitals, plants, and new construction, from water-fed poles, boom lifts, and rope access. No homes.

Do you handle fire, smoke, and water damage?

Yes, for commercial and industrial buildings: extraction, drying, damaged material removal, and soot cleaning. We do not offer mold remediation.

Where do you work?

Our home base is West Columbia, SC. We work across South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee, and travel crews further for project work.

Can you work while we are in production?

Usually, yes. We schedule around idle windows, shifts, and shutdowns, and we've cleaned and coated inside an operating aluminum foundry.

Do you work as a subcontractor to GCs?

Yes. We've worked under Gray, Alston, Whiting-Turner, DPR, Brasfield & Gorrie, Thompson Turner, ABM, and Dycos.

Do you support mechanical contractors?

Yes. We support licensed mechanical contractors on air washer, air handler, and duct rebuilds: cleaning, recaulking, surface prep, and coating, as their subcontractor.

Can you work inside our shutdown window?

Yes. We stage crews and equipment ahead of your shutdown, outage, or idle window and pack dry ice blasting, dust removal, duct work, and coating prep into it.

How fast can you mobilize?

It depends on scope and site requirements. We've mobilized a 43-person multi-state crew in six days.

Do you bring your own lifts and equipment?

Yes. We bring or rent the access and cleaning equipment the job needs, and the quote states what's included.

Are your crews safety trained?

Yes. Field crews hold OSHA 10, field management OSHA 30, and we provide COI, EMR, and OSHA 300A on request.

Do you use W-2 employees?

W-2 crews are our standard. Any sub signs a per-job agreement and carries its own workers' comp.

We walk the site, then quote a fixed scope with stated quantities. Changes beyond those quantities are handled by written change order.

Do you travel out of state?

Yes, for qualified commercial and industrial projects.

Do you do residential cleaning?

No. Clean Metro serves industrial, manufacturing, and construction clients.
