Rope Access Window and Facade Cleaning

Clean Metro runs SPRAT-certified rope access crews for window cleaning, facade washing, and pressure washing on mid-rise and high-rise buildings across SC, NC, GA, and TN.

Every rope job gets a written, site-specific rope access safety plan, written to code, before anyone goes over the edge: anchors, rigging, drop zones, rescue, and the people below.

From the roof of the Element by Marriott in Asheville: CMI rope access techs working down the facade above the highway.

What we clean

  • Exterior windows and curtain wall
  • Facade washing: brick, EIFS, metal panel, and precast
  • Pressure washing at height by rope
  • Towers and courtyards a lift can't reach
  • Construction final clean glass on new buildings
  • Hotels, offices, and hospitals while occupied

How we do it

Rope access puts a tech on the exact window or panel without a lift tearing up the lawn, a swing stage on the roof, or a road closure. Two independent lines on every tech, certified anchors or engineered rigging, a rescue plan on site, and the drop zone below roped off and watched. Where a boom lift is the safer or cheaper call, we bring the boom.

Who calls us

Hotel owners and managers, construction managers turning over new buildings, property managers, and facility teams with glass or facades above lift reach.

Written before we rigSPRAT-certified technicians. A site-specific rope access safety plan, written to code, for every building, shared with your safety team before we mobilize.

Questions we get

Are your rope access techs certified?

Yes. Our rope access techs are SPRAT certified, and every job runs under a written, site-specific safety plan.

Do you need to close the sidewalk, the street, or the pool?

We rope off the drop zone under the work and keep a ground person on it. On most buildings that means one section of sidewalk or courtyard at a time, not a full closure.

Can you work while the building is occupied?

Yes. We schedule drops around guests, tenants, and patients, and the front desk or property office knows where we'll be each day.

Rope access or a boom lift?

Whichever is safer and costs you less for that building. Low buildings with open ground usually go boom. Towers, courtyards, and slopes usually go rope.

Do you clean homes?

No. Commercial, hospitality, multifamily, and industrial buildings only.

Got a mess on the schedule?

Send us the scope, photos, or a walkthrough date. We'll tell you straight whether it's our kind of work.
