Insurance

  • General liability: $1M each occurrence, $2M aggregate
  • Umbrella: $5M

  • Field crews: OSHA 10
  • Field management: OSHA 30
  • Aerial lift and boom operation
  • Confined space entry
  • CO2 monitoring for dry ice work
  • Site orientations and assessments completed before day one

Workforce

W-2 crews are our standard. Any subcontractor signs a per-job agreement and carries its own workers' comp, verified annually.

The prequal package

  • Certificate of insurance naming your company as certificate holder
  • Three years of OSHA 300A
  • Three years of EMR
  • Safety program table of contents
  • Signed W-9 and ACH information
