Shutdown and Outage Cleaning for Manufacturing Plants

Clean Metro, Inc. is a shutdown and outage cleaning contractor based in West Columbia, SC, serving SC, NC, GA and TN. We've cleaned film line rollers in 3-hour idle windows and coated a foundry ceiling while it stayed in production.

We pack cleaning into your shutdown, outage, or idle windows, sequenced around your restart date.

How we do it

Questions we get

How far ahead should we call?

As early as you know the window. A walk two to four weeks out lets us lock crew, lifts, and equipment.

Can you work around our maintenance trades?

Yes. We sequence with your planners so cleaning doesn't block the PMs and repairs that also need the window.

What if the window moves?

Tell us as soon as it does. We plan for slips and re-stage the crew.

Got a mess on the schedule?

Send us the scope, photos, or a walkthrough date. We'll tell you straight whether it's our kind of work.
