BMW Spartanburg: Tour Routes, Pits, Rafters, and a Plant-Wide Column Program
Through ABM, Clean Metro ran annual projects inside BMW's Spartanburg plant: VIP tour routes, machine pits, and combustible dust removal from the rafters.

The work
A showcase initiative for BMW's CEO started as three tiers of 50 ft x 50 ft column-square example areas. The first tier included dry ice blasting ducts and structure to prepare for paint. Later tiers stepped down in scope. Every tier included painting columns to the column line and renumbering them, painted or in vinyl.
The example areas became a plant-wide initiative.
